Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

Unfortunately, we do not have in-store pickup yet. However, you can come to see us at any festivals noted on the "Meet Us" page and buy individual cookies. We deliver our cookies quickly just about everywhere.

Absolutely! Just note the occasion on the sales page and provide us with their delivery address when you check out. If you want to create an order to multiple addresses, just let us know, and we will help you.

Our BAD cookies are HUGE. On average, they have around 4-5 inch diameter. We are told they are big enough for two people. But, they do freeze well, so if you can't enjoy them all, you can save some for later.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

If you are inside our local delivery area, we will allow you to schedule your delivery during checkout. If you are outside our local delivery area, we will either deliver your cookies automatically or reach out to you to arrange delivery. We deliver cookies Monday through Saturday, with limited exceptions.

You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.

We will package based upon the nature of your order and your desire. If you are ordering cookies for your office or a party, they will come on beautiful platters. If you want us to delivery cookies to your customers, clients, and referral sources, we will send them with decoration for the occasion (i.e., Birthday, Thank you, Christmas, Valentine's, Easter, Summer, Halloween, etc.).

If you order more than $500 worth of our cookies, we will give you an automatic 10% discount off your entire order. Discount does not apply to delivery fees. Note that no other discounts apply.

It really depends on the size of your order. Typically, you will need to order at least one week in advance, but we are willing to make exceptions. Just contact us as soon as possible to make sure we get our deliciously sinful cookies to everyone on your list.
